1. Introduct

Welcome to Shake,Stir,Sip Mobile Cocktail Bar. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before making a booking.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. To secure our services for your event, a 50% deposit of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 days prior to the event date.

2.2. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards & bank transfer. All major credit cards accepted (Amex incurs a 1.8% surcharge)
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice before the scheduled event date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or certified mail.
3.2. In the event of cancellation within the two-week period leading up to the event date, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
3.3. If you provide a minimum of two weeks' notice and request to reschedule your event to an available date within 6 months, we will do our best to accommodate your request, and the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
4. Changes and Adjustments
4.1. Any changes to the event details, such as the date, time, or location, must be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these changes, subject to our availability.
4.2. Changes made within the two-week period before the event may incur additional charges and are subject to our discretion.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. We are committed to delivering high-quality services, but we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the service, such as extreme weather conditions or unexpected events.
5.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, and we are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. We prioritise the health and safety of our customers. It is essential that all guests consume our cocktails responsibly.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest we believe is excessively intoxicated or for any other reason that may compromise the safety of our staff or other guests.
7. Termination of Services
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time during the event if our staff or equipment are subjected to abusive or unsafe conditions.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

11. Additional Charges
11.1. In the event that additional charges are incurred during the course of the event and have been discussed and agreed upon with our team prior to or during the event, the balance on these charges is due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.
11.2. We will provide an itemised invoice for any additional charges, and you are responsible for settling this balance promptly. Failure to do so may result in late payment fees and may affect future bookings.
